For me, making holiday pop-up cards is about much more than just cutting and folding paper. It’s about fun, love, creativity, and–shhhh!--literacy and STEAM. I think that crafting a handmade card is a gift of love. 🎁
Yes, when children make these budget friendly pop-up masterpieces, they use and develop spatial reasoning skills, precise cutting techniques, patience, design principles, etc., etc., etc.
But, what I love most about making pop-up cards is that it's a fun, hands-on way to explore holiday traditions and brings everyone together. This craft isn’t about having perfect lines or fancy designs; it’s about sharing love, creativity, and celebrating holiday joy! 🎄✨
