Collecting Stories in Beijing, China

After our week of performing at the Concordia International School in Shanghai, China, Kenny and I decided to explore Beijing. It was amazing. We had a private tour guide and driver, which I am now convinced is the only way to see a city (unless you know a local). I like to read every single sign and plaque and placard I come across, and with a private guide I was able to dawdle to my heart’s content. We had a chance to see the Great Wall, The Summer Palace, The Temple of Heaven, and The Forbidden City, and so much more. I was in Storyologist heaven. Thanks to Rebecca at Concordia for organizing the entire trip!

Great Wall JumpWoo hoo! We’re at the Great Wall. This is pretty much how we felt the entire trip.
